4. Shipping
We ship orders to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, weather, holidays, or other delays outside our control.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of skincare, personal care, and consumable wellness products, opened or used products cannot be returned.
Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Customers must contact us before returning any item. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.
